Overview
Nuon, Inc consists of Nuon Labs, an innovation factory fashioned after the labs created by Thomas Edison, and a holding companies that are formed as spinoffs of the technologies developed by Nuon Labs.
Nuon was founded by Professor Joseph Hui and Dr. David Daniel, both affiliated with the Arizona State University. It is a privately held C-Corporation with corporate headquarters and labs located at SkySong in Scottsdale, Arizona of the United States. Many employees in Nuon are graduates of Arizona State University.
We solve technical problems for some of the most urgent issues we face today, such as Cloud Computing, Networking, and Renewable Energy. We also want to create through our web presence an Internet community for problem solving.
Through its subsidiaries, Nuon commercializes research results and intellectual properties such as patents, hardware prototypes, and software packages. We license our technologies, collaborate with network equipment distributors, system integrators, and Value Added Resellers (VARS) to serve the IT end users.

Market Relations
The unprecedented success of VMware has legitimized the changing architecture of Information Technology. The virtualization of computer interfaces is an important component of this emerging paradigm shift in network computing.
Nuon is a timely entry to the huge market of computing virtualization. Nuon intends to develop products that allow scalable and distributed network computing by replacing short distance direct-attachment computer I/O interfaces such as SCSI and PCI, thereby freeing the computer from the confines of a box or a room. Such virtualization allows computing applications to flexibly, transparently, and dynamically utilize any processing, storage, and communication resource distributed on a network. The virtualization enabled by our products will lower the cost of computing, enhance reliability, and allow flexible scaling up of operations while maintaining security using our patented techniques.Investors
